Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual agreement with Precision Billing Services.

General payment terms include:

  • Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee or the maximum amount permitted by law

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding twelve (12) months
  • Precision Billing Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by clients or third parties
  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including system outages, cyber incidents, government actions, or natural disasters

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Billing Services from claims arising out of misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

Term and Termination

Service agreements begin upon execution of a service contract or formal agreement.

Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Misrepresentation of required information

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding balances remain payable
  • Confidential information must be returned or securely destroyed

  • Professional licensing obligations

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

  1. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.
  2. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration.
  3. Arbitration shall take place in Arizona, USA, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Each party will be responsible for its own legal costs and fees unless determined otherwise by arbitration.
